Warcraft Trailer Released

It’s official! The Warcraft movie is scheduled to hit theaters next summer on June 10, 2016. It had been discussed at previous Blizzcons (2013 & 2014), but the official trailer was launched in conjunction with Blizzcon 2015 this past weekend. If you haven’t seen the trailer yet, you can watch below:

This is a live-action film combined with CGI-animation and set within the lore of the Warcraft series circa The First War. A listing of the characters and actors portraying them is currently on IMDB, with a more-detailed description of the main characters on GameRant.

For those of you who like the ‘behind the scenes’ stuff, IGN has interviews and reveals on their Youtube channel. Also, don’t miss the Comic Con Panel posted by Flicks and the City back in July! We’ve created a small playlist of some of these videos to help you learn more about the upcoming film:

YEESSS!!! I always thought the lore of Warcraft/WoW would make a great film! Glad to see it’s finally happening! You should create a poll…ALLIANCE VS. HORDE!

    That’s my vote!

    • Great idea Gamecalibur! Go ahead and use this thread to show your Alliance or Horde support. We’ll look to get a legitimate poll going as the theater launch approaches.
